I have not received my formatted file. Why?

If you have not received your file, the most likely reasons may be:

1. The allotted turnaround time has not yet passed. Please remember that this is counted from the receipt of payment date or when the final version of your book was received, whichever date came later. View our formatting turnaround times here. 
2. You counted weekends as business days. Our business days do not include weekends or major holidays. 
3. The formatted file we sent you has ended up in your junk or spam folder. This is common for Gmail and Hotmail users. Please check these folders for our email first. If it is not there, please send an email to  [email protected]. Then add  [email protected] to your email's contact list to prevent this from happening in the future. 4. On very rare occasions, your formatted file may not have been sent to you due to a clerical error. Please contact us if you believe this is the case.
