How long does it take Ebook Launch to format my ebook and/or print book?

The following are the expected turnaround times for our ebook and print formatting services (please note that it may take longer during the Holiday Season):

• Standard option: We will email you the formatted file(s) as soon as possible (this is determined by the complexity of the book, workload, etc.) but no later than 14 days  from payment or after receiving the final file (whichever is later) (if you ordered more than one print format it may take a few more days)
• Rush job option: If you select the rush-job option, we’ll email your formatted files as soon as possible—always within six days of payment or receipt of the final manuscript, whichever comes later. (Ordering multiple print formats may add a few extra days.) Rush service costs an additional $69 for ebooks and $99 for print books, and please note that certain titles may not be eligible for rushing.

All of the files for the order will be sent out simultaneously.

Our workday is from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time (PT). Any payments made after 5 pm (PT) will be included in the next business day. Any payments made on a Sunday will be included on the following Monday.

If you do not receive your files within the expected time frame, please check your junk/spam folder, as they can sometimes get sorted there. If they are not found there, please don’t hesitate to contact us here.

These dates are for the first set of formatted files. If changes to the formatting are requested after this, then the times will increase depending on the changes required.
